Apex Talent ("we", "us", "our") is a remote talent agency that recruits and trains streaming moderators and operators for mainstream live-streaming platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you interact with our website at apextalent.live.
2. Data We Collect
When you submit an application, we collect:
- Full name
- WhatsApp phone number
- Country of residence
- Age confirmation (18+)
- English proficiency level
- Current employment status
We may also collect basic technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, referring URL) via our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Evaluate your application for remote streaming positions
- Contact you via WhatsApp with information about next steps
- Send recruitment-related communications only
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Application data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon Inc. (servers located in Singapore, AWS ap-southeast-1). Supplementary lead records are stored in Notion (USA). Approved candidate data is forwarded to HuntMe CRM for interview scheduling purposes. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.
5. Cookies
Our website uses a single functional cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can dismiss the cookie banner to set this preference; it is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and not transmitted to any server.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us

7. Data Retention
If your application is declined, your data is deleted within 30 days of the decision. Active operator records are retained for the duration of the working relationship and up to 12 months after it ends. Analytics data (Yandex.Metrika) is retained for 13 months.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
